And Andrew was inclined to agree with her.
Although it would mean losing track of their friends and neighbours, it would mean that the two of them could spread out a little, especially with their personal stuff.
Sonia and her easel, (she seemed to be painting a lot recently)
Andrew with his collection of fishbowls and insects.

She searched far and wide, looking for somewhere suitable, and within their price range. Spent most of her days off packing together their stuff.
And finally settled on a cute little Victorian bungalow, right at the edge of the beach.

She'd taken a detour from work, just to see this property and fell in love with it completely. After a long discussion with Andrew, they decided this was it.

She signed the papers and within no time, had moved in.

It was great. Fantastic in fact.
There was just one ...
... big ...
... problem.

After decorating throughout, and a couple of structural changes to accommodate Andrew's new bedroom.....

... they realised they had too much stuff!!!!
So, they had to sell off a lot of things, including the furniture that came with the property. Which left a tidy sum of money.
Details about how that was spent.... in further updates.
Finally, after months (or what felt like months) they managed to establish a great little garden, and rooms that reflected their personalities.

But what appealed most of all to Andrew.....
... was the beach.
Many days, after school, he'd be found running along the sandy shore.

Standing amongst the rocks, or on the beach itself..... fishing to his heart's content.

Often catching HUGE whoppers for the dinner table.

Many times, he'd also visit the Pool Club, just to have a cool, refreshing fizzy drink, and collect the insects and butterflies there.

He also had a 'taste' for gardening too, harvesting and tending the established garden around the back of the property. And harvesting the shrubs whenever he was out and about.

He didn't forget his friends either. Many times he'd be seen cycling up the hill to the Alvi's household.

Other times he'd meet them at the Pool Club, where the two brothers put aside their petty differences and had a picnic together on the sand.

Oh, yes.
Life was pretty perfect now.
